Delegazione francese in Convitto



Da diversi anni la città di San Severo e quella di Bourg en Bresse, cittadina francese situata vicino Lione, portano avanti un progetto di gemellaggio molto intenso.
Questa volta è toccata ad una scolaresca di 24 alunni del Collegio Saint-Pierre di Bourg-en-Bresse, fare tappa a San Severo per uno scambio interculturale con la scuola media “Giovanni Palmieri”. Uno scambio di esperienze e un confronto finalizzato ad ampliare gli orizzonti dei giovani studenti, ma anche a promuovere il territorio Dauno, la sua cultura e le sue tradizioni.
A tal fine nell’ambito delle attività, poste in essere per l’occasione, sono stati anche realizzati, presso il Museo dell'Alto Tavoliere di San Severo, due laboratori didattici: il primo riguardante “gli antichi mestieri e le tradizioni di San Severo”, il secondo “i Dauni ed il patrimonio archeologico del territorio di San Severo”.
Tutto questo ha attinenza con il Convitto del “M. Di Sangro”? La risposta è si!
In questa occasione il Convitto, ancora una volta si è dimostrato risorsa essenziale per il territorio.
Infatti, dal 2 all'8 aprile, i tre docenti accompagnatori, la prof.ssa di spagnolo Pastorino-Martinez, la prof.ssa di francese Galand, il prof. di matematica Charbouillot, sono stati ospitati presso la Foresteria del Convitto per il servizio di pernottamento e colazione.
L’ultimo giorno di permanenza gli stessi docenti hanno voluto sperimentare anche la nostra cucina fermandosi a pranzo con i colleghi italiani.
