Delegazione slovacca in Convitto





Una delegazione della Slovacchia, composta dal preside, dai docenti e dagli studenti della Stredná odborná škola, dalle Autorità della città di Hnúšta, oltre che dai Dirigenti del MAS Malohont, un’aggregazione di piccoli comuni e villaggi della provincia di Rimavska Sabota, è giunta a San Severo. Sarà ospitata dal 27 settembre al 4 ottobre presso il Convitto dell'Istituto Tecnico Agrario del Polo Tecnologico “A. Minuziano – M. Di Sangro – L. B. Alberti”.
Questa la composizione della Delegazione slovacca.
Stredná odborná škola di Hnústa: la preside Edita Moncolova, i docenti Jana Pauchova e Janette Ferancova, gli studenti Pavel Gombar, Petra Sakalova, Bianca Lassakova, Suzana Boldyova e Romana Horicova;
Autorità cittadine di Hnústa: il Vicesindaco Martin Pliesovsky e la responsabile amministrativa e dirigente del MAS Malohont Olga Maciakova;
La delegazione del MAS Malohont: il Direttore Miroslava Kubaliakova e il funzionario Ivan Varga.
Gli slovacchi restituiscono così la cortesia di una visita di studio effettuata nel maggio dell’anno scorso da una delegazione preside-docenti-studenti del Polo Tecnologico di San Severo nella provincia di Rimavska Sabota.
Lo stesso Dirigente Scolastico, prof. Giuseppe De Cato, precisa che “l’intento è, ancora una volta, quello di dare ai nostri studenti e docenti l’opportunità di scoprire e percorrere nuovi sentieri di conoscenza e di esperienza…questa visita rappresenta anche l’occasione per la messa a punto di un comune progetto nell’ambito del programma comunitario “Socrates” e per il rinnovo di un “Agreement for Cooperation”, destinato a coinvolgere istituzioni e associazioni che operano nel settore dei servizi alla persona.”
La delegazione è stata ricevuta ufficialmente nella residenza municipale di Palazzo Celestini dal Sindaco Gianfranco Savino e da altri assessori e consiglieri comunali.
Lunedì 30 settembre gli slovacchi, con il supporto del Team di cucina del Convitto, guidato dagli chef Delle Vergini Ottavio, Californi Salvatore e Scarano Annamaria, e con il collaboratore Pacilli Antonio, hanno realizzato alcuni loro piatti tipici tra cui il famoso gulasch, alcune fritture ed una ricca varietà di dolci. Alunni, convittori e docenti dell’Istituto, invitati per l’occasione nella Sala Ristorante del Convitto, hanno così potuto gustare le specialità slovacche.
La permanenza a San Severo si svolgerà attraverso un ricco programma di visite culturali e di studio sul territorio.
