PRIMA RIUNIONE DELLA CONSULTA A. S. 2014-15


In data 14/10/14, alle 14.30, si riunisce la Consulta dei convittori composta da:
NARDELLA MATTEO, eletto rappresentante dei convittori del 1° Anno
DI LELLA ROCCO, eletto rappresentante dei convittori del 2° Anno
VOCALE ANTONIO, eletto rappresentante dei convittori del 3° Anno
D’ANTUONO CARLO, eletto rappresentante dei convittori del 4° Anno
CAPUTO FRANCESCO, eletto rappresentante dei convittori del 5° Anno
Presiede, come da Regolamento, IORIO FRANCESCO, essendo Convittore dell’anno 2013-14. Lo stesso fungerà da segretario verbalizzante.

L’ist. Marolla Gerardo, presente in qualità di osservatore e moderatore, fa una breve premessa ricordando che la Consulta di Convitto riveste un ruolo importante in quanto è chiamata ad operare in sinergia con il Coordinatore e gli Istitutori per favorire un buon andamento della vita convittuale. In particolare:
- esprime un parere su tutte le questioni che gli istitutori ritengono opportuno proporre all’attenzione di tale organo;
- si fa portavoce di situazioni problematiche avvertite dai convittori;
- avanza proposte riguardo alla realizzazioni di attività progettuali o di iniziative atte a migliorare la vita convittuale.
Successivamente, il Presidente, constatata la presenza di tutti gli aventi diritto, dichiara aperta la seduta invitando i partecipanti a fare le proprie osservazioni.
Dopo breve discussione si decide di porre all’attenzione del Coordinatore i seguenti punti:
• MANIFESTAZIONI E SCIOPERI: divieti e regolamentazioni
• UTILIZZO DELL’AUTOBUS DELL’ISTITUTO: orari e modalità di utilizzo
• NUOVA CARTA DI MERITO: pareri e proposte
• TELEVISORI IN CAMERA: distribuzione equa, disponibilità e modalità di utilizzo
• PROBLEMI LOGISTICI
• ATTIVITA’ CONVITTUALI 2014-15: conferme e nuove proposte
Al termine si decide di discutere tali punti direttamente con il Coordinatore in modo da ridurre i tempi di attesa in quanto, soprattutto alcune questioni richiedono una pronta definizione.
Il Presidente redatto il verbale lo presenterà al Coordinatore di Convitto, Giuseppe Calabrese, con cui concorderà la data della prossima seduta.
