L'accoglienza dei convittori avverrà secondo le seguenti modalità.

GIOVEDI 15 SETTEMBRE (dalle ore 7.45 in poi): SOLO I CONVITTORI DEL 1° ANNO

VENERDI 16 SETTEMBRE: i convittori degli anni successivi

Si prega di rispettare il precedente calendario per evitare spiacevoli rifiuti.

I convittori potranno recarsi a scuola mentre i genitori espleteranno le formalità riguardanti l'ammissione.

A tal proposito si ricorda
LA DOCUMENTAZIONE PER L’AMMISSIONE IN CONVITTO

Ogni convittore dovrà presentarsi accompagnato da un genitore e munito di :
- corredo personale;
- ricevuta della 1a rata della retta Convitto di € 300,00 sul C/C 1002489837 intestato a I.I.S. “Minuziano-Di Sangro-Alberti” – San Severo (causale: 1a rata retta Convitto a.s. 2016-17). Il versamento deve essere fatto a nome del ragazzo.
- ricevuta del deposito cauzionale di € 100,00 sul C/C 1002489837 intestato a I.I.S. “Minuziano-Di Sangro-Alberti” – San Severo (causale: deposito cauzionale Convitto a.s. 2016-17). Tale versamento deve essere fatto a nome del ragazzo e solo per i nuovi iscritti.
- Fotocopia del libretto personale per l'assistenza sanitaria;
- n° 1 foto formato tessera.
- fotocopia del documento di riconoscimento del genitore
